Horrible customer service ! Zero stars is what I really rate Wood Dale Pet Pharmacy. Still waiting on very much needed medication for my dog. Placed order on Monday, it's Thursday and I'm still waiting . My vet refered me Wood Dale , they set up the account and had Wood Dale call me to pay for medication. Free shipping, but charged for a lab handling fee of $10. What is this I pray I never have to use an outside pharmacy ever again. Besides my dog being extremely sick, this makes it worse not having the medication to help her. You need to have expedited shipping for your customers. I will let my vet know to look at another pet pharmacy to work with. ZERO STARS !!

Wood Dale Pharmacy is amazing. We have been using them for compounding our meds for our cat. This past order USPS lost it. I called an hour before close to have them check. They reprocessed and it was in my mailbox by 1:45 pm the next day.

Before switching to Wood Dale, we had different medications all compounded with separate companies. It is great to be able to localize all of our compounding with Wood Dale. The small business feel is still alive at Wood Dale, we appreciate being able to call and speak directly to a pharmacist to answer any questions or to place an order. Their prompt shipping is also a delight so our patients and clients never have to worry about being out of their important medications. Pricing is great, and the few scripts we were getting cheaper with another company they price matched them. They care about the customer and make the world of compounding a breeze for our veterinary clinic.

I started shopping around because of some customer service issues with another compounding pharmacy. I have been amazed at the prices compared to our previous supplier! The customer service is the best! So why only 4 stars? They don't do eye medications or injectables. The staff has been super helpful as I navigate the ordering process and are willing to price match if needed. Most of my orders have arrived within 3 days. If/when they start compounding eye drops and injectables, they'll get that fifth star!
