I have used this pharmacy for awhile and I have some medications that can be hard to fill. This pharmacy has always been so helpful and especially there is usually a man working there who went above and beyond to help me. Today I went in at noon to ask some questions and see if I could get an issue resolved and there was a female pharmacist who I hadn’t seen before helping me. (Sorry I don’t know any of their names) She was incredibly rude, she did not help me at all she just said I would have to go somewhere else and she refused to help me. I asked her some specific questions since the other pharmacist had been able to help me previously, and he was able to reach out to other pharmacies to see if they had my medication in stock. She just basically told me I was on my own and that’s “not how it works” and refused to help me. I honestly couldn’t believe how she treated me, it was very dismissive and unprofessional. I told her I would seek help elsewhere and I was sorry that I bothered her, and left but I am just floored that I was treated this way.

Could use a little more pedestrian friendly signage and plants out front definitely still all the way around very boring nothing to see here your neighborhood small Target store.store. ?

I’ve used this pharmacy for the past several months and it is the most pleasant and helpful CVS I’ve used in the area. I was so appreciative when this team went above and beyond to help me with loaner pills before a trip, showing compassion and kindness throughout the process.

The staff of this pharmacy was very unfriendly, I went to get the medicine there were two kinds of medicine to get, she gave me one, I asked her I think I have two kinds of medicine, she said to buy it there, there is, and did not explain to me that your insurance does not cover this medicine, you need to pay for it yourself.
