This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff is consistently rude and dismissive and gives incorrect information about every question I have ever asked. In particular they gave me information about my health insurance that precluded me from filling two extremely critical medications and when confronted with the issue they treated me like I was the problem. Never go to this pharmacy if you want to use your health insurance or fill your prescriptions on time.

In a lifetime of experience with the good, bad and ugly, this is without question the single worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Staff is flagrantly and consistently dreadful.

I scheduled a test online..WALKED To the store because I don’t have a car and the pharmacy was closed.. no call or cancellation. Then when I called the store I was just told oh yea just reschedule. Ok that’s not the problem. Why wasn’t I called? This pharmacy is always closing and can’t staff correctly. Honestly not giving them my money any more. Their competitor CVS at least treats their customers better.

The pharmacists and technicians are always helpful and try hard to get insurance to work when the bureaucracy is difficult. They are also nice and knowledgeable.

Booked a COVID booster appointment online. Drove all the way to the store for the appointment. As I'm pulling in the parking lot, I receive a call that the appointment is cancelled because they don't have any doses available. The appointment was booked for weeks. They could have given me more than 15 minutes notice of the cancellation. So frustrating!

The pharmacists are by far the rudest women I have EVER met. Good thing I don't have questions about my prescriptions, because I would be too afraid to ask those witches! And its every time! As soon as have a good experience with the women working at this rite aid pharmacy I'll let you know. But after 4 years of rudeness I doubt this moment will ever come

The customer service in the pharmacy is not very pleasant…. I will have to agree with all the other reviews about that. The front of the store clerks are generally nice. Please sage the pharm tho & get those bad vibes out!!
