Awesome Staff! From intake to walking out the door, everyone is professional, personable and was just a great atmosphere to walk into when I have anxiety about our precious Mutt of a dog. Our Mia Pita was even more relaxed than normal, this tells me we found our new Vet home. Our family sends a Big Thank You to everyone for your terrific care!

Saying goodbye to my sweet Teddy was incredibly difficult, but the staff went above and beyond to make the process as gentle and comforting as possible. They treated both me and Teddy with such empathy and respect, and their support meant the world to me during this heartbreaking time. Had an emergency with our elderly dog. When I called at 3 a.m. on a Sunday, they were kind, understanding and said they could help us out. And boy did they! Dr. Kristin McClure is INCREDIBLE. She took the time to fully understand what was happening, for how long and spent a lot of time examining our dog. She explained our options in great detail, answered all of our questions and her recommendations and actions resulted in a complete turnaround for our pet. The rest of the staff was just as kind and caring. Beyond impressed with Golf Rose and would highly recommend them.

Everyone at Golf Rose is so helpful, patient, and kind! I felt so comfortable leaving my puppy over night for an emergency and was told I could visit him the next day while he was there! Communication was excellent and I never felt “left in the dark!” My puppy is healed, happy, and still pulls me to go into Golf Rose to visit the staff for his check ups. Thank you Golf Rose staff!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We brought our cat into Golf Rose for an emergency visit (despite the less than favorable reviews) because this was the closest emergency clinic to our house. We packed up our sick cat and left before we even saw the vet because of how uncomfortable we felt about the unprofessional environment.

The tech was dismissive & uninterested from the moment she walked in. She began taking our cat’s temperature and as she’s pulling our cat by the tail attempting to get a read, she rudely asked my husband to get up & hold the cat still for her.
Very strange to say the least. Hopefully management takes note: if a tech is so inexperienced that they have to ask the pet owner for help, they should not be in an exam
room alone under any circumstances.

As we’re waiting, our cat had an accident that was mostly blood on the floor. We rang the bell for assistance and let the tech know we’d like the doctor to see the bloody stool, asking her if is there anything we can collect it or cover it with? She completely ignored us, wiped it up with a paper towel, tossed it right into the garbage, didn’t sanitize her hands or the floor, tossed a pee pad for puppies in our direction, and informed us our cat can use that if she needs to use the bathroom as she headed out the door.

The only positive experience we had was when we were leaving. The girl at the front desk apologized sincerely for our horrible experience, assured us we wouldn’t be charged, and kindly recommended a few other 24 hour emergency clinics in the area.

If you love your pets and much as I love mines I beg you to never step foot in this hospital… I brought my 5 years old cat here last night because it ran out the house about 5 days ago and return home with bruises and scratches. I came here and explained what happened they then quickly took my cat from me and no later then a min the doctor came and told me they needed to kill it. They explained that it will cost 265 dollars just for them to even look at him… nothing else but just to see him. I ask what kind of test were taken and how did they come to the conclusion.. No one gave me any answer about anything or even what caused the bruises. I then explained several time that I was not ready to make a huge decision and needed time to think about that and would like to take my cat home to send some time with the family before I make a huge decision.. she had another person come after I had already told her several time to give me my cat back come and explain the same thing. I then told her the same thing and to please give me my cat back. I have never felt so drained and disrespected and just no care for a family that is grieving the almost lost of a animal. This location was the most unprofessional and unsafe place I have ever been the staff was completely rude and disrespectful and I will never ever bring anything here again. I have now gotten a second opinion and everything that’s said was wrong with the cats was lies.. please protect your animals and do not go here I beg you!!!!

Amazing, compassionate, sympathetic and humane staff. Our puppy was hit by a car and rushed to Golf Rose. We called them ahead of arrival and upon arrival there was a triage team waiting for us ready to help. The doctor, techs, nurses and receptionist were very kind and understanding of our situation. It was hard to find someone without a smile. The entire staff was eager to help and save our puppy.

I went in for an emergency visit for my cat. They found us a room and a veterinarian to assist quickly. The entire staff are super helpful and very kind. This is my experience every time I go for an appointment or an emergency visit. I’ll will continue to bring my animals to Golf Rose.
