Very impressed with both Kylie the vet tech and Dr Fox. Kylie did a thorough job of all the preliminary checks and exam and explained everything about what she was going to test for and asked to proceed based on pricing. She was very good with Chelsie. Dr. Fox was awesome as well, very knowledgeable, thorough, explained options, great with Chelsie.

Cannot say enough things about this place! They make sure our boy ? and girls ? stay happy and healthy! They take the time, explain everything, and ensure we understand everything fully before we leave. They always take the best care of our pets!

My baby was having poo issues, and despite them not being able to get a full exam because she wouldn't let them feel her belly, they were able to clear things up for her. I was seriously shocked and surprised to see the dog that we had raised from a pup act like that. The thing is, it wasn't anything the staff here did that caused it. She was very friendly with them all and even picked the stethoscope when held near her head. However, the second the stethoscope was near her heart or belly, the dog turned into a beast. I've just now got her back after a year of being without her because she was with my x. I don't know what vet did what, but one of them hurt her in some way to have caused this. She sees her new veterinarian in a couple of weeks, who will be her regular provider. I seriously hope we can figure something out. Although they really were good with her here be ready to empty your wallet as the bill for several packets of probiotics, 6 cans of a specific food, a negitive worm test, and a partial check was 300.00 but nothings too good for our babies right and after all they are not her regular veterinarian and it was a Sunday.

It was my first time at VetMed and I was very impressed. I have a history working with animals both in the grooming world and at a veterinary hospital and I found this office to be clean and the staff incredibly nice.
They were knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions.
I'd recommend them to others for sure.

Was hesitant to take my dog to VetMed in an emergency situation a couple of weeks ago...but the experience was honestly fantastic all the way through. I called on a late Saturday afternoon about an injury my dog had gotten that day, knowing he would need stitches. The man on the phone was SO KIND (tall, dark hair). He got me set up with an appt, they got us right in and streamlined the whole process. Highly recommend. I also contacted the emergency vet in saginaw and they were "curbside" only..at VETMED I was able to go in with my dog and that means everything to me. Building was also noticeably clean! Thank you Vetmed!

If I could give 100 stars I would! Absolutely wonderful place filled with people who truly care. I especially want to recognize Bree. She was absolutely incredible with helping us figure out a solution to the emergency issue we had going on. As soon as my wife got there the entire team stepped in to make sure our pups got the medical attention she needed. It was not long when the doctor gave us the results. I will refer all my friends and family to this place. From my family and the deepest part of our hearts, Thank you team at Vetmed.

I am so glad I called this animal hospital !! I called here first because it was closest to my house and figured I would have to keep calling places until I found one that was inexpensive or could get us In that day. I was happy this hospital said I could bring my cat in a half hour and they honestly worked with me as I only had to pay $107, including the visit fee and his treatment. They worked with me so much since I had a limited budget and honestly helped my cat so much as he was in so much pain and hadn’t ate in over 24 hours!! I love this place and would recommend it to any one whose pet needs urgent care 🙂

Cant recommend this place more enough!! My dog has been having an allergic reaction for the last two days and we brought her here and everyone that helped us were so kind and helpful!!
