My two dogs ate some poison. It was not a good situation but the staff at Webster took good care of us. The dogs are doing well and perfectly back to being their typical goofy selves. I’m glad that I was able to get them in and that it was a happy ending.

We took out 3 month old Cavalier King Charles that had something lodged in its throat. It was 10:28pm and they Tue es us away because they close at 11:00. No one was in the waiting room. They don’t seem to care our dog was choking. They just gave us a paper with other animal hospitals. Luckily my husband got it dislodge and we went to the animal hospital on Big bend where they were super nice and took care of our pup.

We always have a great experience here. Dr. Hendrickson takes extra time with each pet & family she sees. She really gets to know everyone & takes time to help your pets learn to trust her.

We adopted a dog from a shelter, and within 12 hours, she was so sick, she couldn't lift her head. The shelter initially thought it was mild kennel cough - it turned out to be pneumonia! Within the 1st month of having her, she has been to the Webster Groves Emergency Vet multiple times for this & this location as well for vaccines, and they are the best! She is all better now and even ate one of my shoes to celebrate ?

Webster has given my pets excellent care in emergency cases. Will forever be grateful. But for whatever reason if you schedule an appointment you won’t be called into the room for 30 minutes to and hour. I do my to stay away from waiting rooms but never once in my life other than here do you get called for a timed schedule appointment and hour after said time. EVERYTIME

Brought my dog in for an emergency visit, and after a few hours was put in an exam room. we ended up waiting 4 hours total at this “emergency” visit, and not once did someone come in to tell us how long it would take. In fact, the lady at the front desk said “if you don’t want to wait, you can leave” with such attitude as if my dog didn’t need to see a vet urgently, and all I did was ask how much longer we need to wait. After a visit, we were told he has back pain, potentially IVDD. We went to another vet and she said there was absolutely no back pain involved at all and gave us the correct diagnosis (he has a luxating patella). Completely disappointed with their service and will not be coming back.
